Hot Rod mayhem
Pair a ’32 Ford 3-Window Coupe and a Lockheed F-117. This will be the outcome of the fusion. The founders behind the concept hot rod, paired the classic formula from the grand old hot rod school with a military stealth bomber. The team consisting of 20 students and four teachers from ESPERA Sbarro Montbéliard built this mean machine from ground up in 40 days. The outcome is a French-born hot rod with an Italian heart featuring a 3.2 liter twin turbo Masserati V8 engine with 368 bhp.
This is undiluted violence
The hot rod also features a custom side-exit exhaust connected directly to its turbos. The sound is pure undiluted violence, spitting copious loads of unburnt fuel and causing flames on the overrun. Just like the bulky old school hot rods, the Eight was fitted with bigger OZ Racing wheels at the back than at the front, covered in Michelin Pilot Sports and Bridgestone Potenza at the rear. In the interior, the doors are made out of real wood with leather pull straps, and the seats are fibreglass bases covered with asymmetric hand-stitched leather.
